Scholarship recipients don’t always get a chance to meet the people who fund their scholarships. So UHF started an annual tradition — the UH Mānoa and UH System Scholarship Celebration. At this year’s event UH Mānoa sophomore Kadee Kalia Tamashiro met her scholarship donor Ted Tsukiyama.
