Strengthening Undergraduate Education: More than $6.1 million
Funds for student aid and services programs including 132 new student aid accounts providing new program funds, student awards and scholarships. These new accounts coupled with existing ones bring the total number of student aid accounts managed by UHF for Community Colleges to 334. (UHF manages 1,455 student aid accounts system-wide.)
Fulfilling UH Community Colleges's Research Mission: More than $700,000
Maui Community College, Leeward Community College and Honolulu Community College received the majority of research funds.
