Ellen L. Melohn's lifelong passion for classical music was celebrated with an endowment established by her family. The Melohn Music Endowment at the UH Mānoa Department of Music will support classical music performances, inspire future musicians and grow the community’s appreciation for classical music performances for years to come.

On April 17 the Melohn family was honored for their generosity during a reception at the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall. Friends and faculty gathered to thank the Melohns and remember Ellen.

To support the Department of Music, please contact Lori Admiral, Director of Development, (808) 956-5747 or ' lori.admiral@uhfoundation.org.
