The Project Information with Cash Available report provides an overview of the account information including the cash available as of the run date. The report displays the project title, unit and campus, the purpose and the department and the status of the account. If available, it also provides expenditure purpose as defined by the donor. It also displays account administrators and support staff with access to view this account information.

Report Output

Data Field Description
Project Number Indicates the 8-digit account number.
Project Title Long description of the account.
Campus The campus the account is associated with.
Unit The unit the account is associated with.
Purpose The purpose of the account for which the account supports.
Department The department the account is associated with.
Status Status of the account (Active, Inactive, Closed).
Cash Available (as of date) Available cash in the account as of the report date.
Account Administrator & Name 1 - 8 Account Administrator(s) ID number (PEID) and name.
Authorization Criteria Indicates special authorization approval criteria.
Support Staff & Name 1 - 8 Support Staff ID number (PEID) and name.
Notes/Options Special notes pertaining to the account.
Expendable Account for Payout 1 - 3 Expendable accounts receiving payout account from the endowment.
