In celebration of generous donors and the research that their gifts are making possible, the UH Cancer Center hosted a special dinner prior to the public grand opening of the new facility. Donors enjoyed tours of the new building and cocktails in the Sidney Kosasa Kahua Launa courtyard where they could view their names on the recognition walls.  Dinner with key researchers followed in the Sullivan Conference Center.

During the program, donors learned how their commitment, foresight, and philanthropic investments have helped set the stage for the many exciting discoveries to come. In a special Mahalo video, UH Cancer Center researchers spoke about the importance of their research for our world, and thanked donors for their generous commitment to life-sustaining research.
