Family Ties Inspire Quest to Earn MD

When Malia Andrade Stout’s little brother was born his heart stopped but the pediatrician was able to get his heart going again. This experience helped shape her dreams, and now, thanks to a UH Regents Scholarship she is at UH Mānoa on track to become a doctor.
