UH Mānoa's Center for Korean Studies is celebrating the establishment of the $2 million Center for Korean Studies Rotating Chair Endowment. Thanks to the Korea Foundation and other donors, this Chair will expand the teaching of Korea-related courses and have a profound impact on UH Mānoa's research and education in this dynamic field.

Dignitaries and the Korea Foundation leadership joined faculty and friends in a formal program announcing a new phase in the development of Korean studies at UH. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an intimate luncheon at College Hill and toasted the success of the campaign and the future of the Center.
