Associate Director of Alumni Relations - Special Events
The Associate Director of Alumni Relations - Special Events is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of events and programs for the UH Foundation Office of Alumni Relations (UHFAR). These programs will connect alumni, donors and friends to the University of Hawai`i System (UH). The position will manage events from conceptual pre‐planning through post-event follow up within Hawai`i, across the United States and internationally. This position will work closely with various UHF and UH staff including and not limited to alumni relations, athletics, and leadership to create experiential events that encourage engagement with the UH System.
The In-House Counsel will serve as an integral member of the management team of the Foundation in support of the University of Hawaii Foundation with the responsibility for corporate legal affairs and legal aspects of nonprofit corporation status and the Foundation’s fundraising and asset management mission. This position will act as counsel to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees and all committees of the Board; act as the in-house legal adviser, drafting, revising and reviewing corporate and contract documents, providing legal advice and support on all matters affecting the Foundation operations.
Data Entry Student Assistant
The student assistant provides support to the Office of Data and Technology Services, under the supervision of the CRM Analyst.
E-communication/Social Media Student Assistant
Under the direction of the Alumni Relations Coordinator, this position assists in the development and maintenance of the day-to-day Electronic Communications and Social Media presence of the University of Hawai‘i Foundation Office of Alumni Relations (UHFAR).
Shidler College of Business Student Assistant
Under the supervision of the Development Assistant for the Shidler College of Business, the Student Assistant will assist with the administrative office functions.

The Student Assistant, UH West Oahu Development Office (Student Assistant) will assist with the administrative office functions of the UH West Oahu Development Office under the direction of the Director of Development and Alumni Engagement, UH West Oahu.
Student Calling Center
UH Foundation's Annual Giving department is alive with UH students who report to work each night knowing that through their efforts, they will raise important funds for the university.
