Important Information About 2025 Gifts
As 2025 draws to a close, we thank you for your support of University of Hawai‘i students, faculty, programs and research. Your gifts are making an extraordinary impact statewide.
Holiday Hours
We will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1 in observance of Christmas and New Year’s, respectively.
Gifts by Credit Card
Gifts can be made by credit card here. For a 2025 gift, please ensure your credit card transactions are entered and processed by Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Should you have any questions concerning this, please contact Gift Processing at 808-956-4658.
Gifts by Mail
For a 2025 gift, please mail to the UHF main office address along with a completed gift form:

Gifts by Check
We would like to remind you that the date on the tax receipt denotes when we processed your gift and does not indicate the date your gift was made. While you should consult with your CPA or tax preparer to determine the tax consequences of your donation, the date you hand delivered or mailed your donation is generally recognized as the gift date.
Please ensure:
- Your check is mailed and post marked no later than Wednesday, December 31, 2025 OR
- Your check is hand delivered to our office located at 1810 University Avenue Suite 300, Honolulu, HI 96822 by 11:00am Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
Gifts of Securities & Mutual Funds
Please allow for additional processing time for securities and mutual funds.
For a 2025 securities gift processed through a broker, please ensure that the securities are transferred from the broker of origin and received by the Foundation’s broker (Merrill Lynch or Charles Schwab) by Monday, December 15, 2025. If the securities are in physical form or are not processed through a broker, please allow approximately one month of processing time.
