Scholarship donors were honored at a lively Mahalo Dinner in the ʻŌhiʻa Building Cafeteria. Scholarship recipients, faculty from Kapiʻolani CC and members of the UH Foundation team warmly thanked generous donors for the life changing impact their gifts are making. Evening highlights included a delicious buffet dinner and hearing from alumnus Jason Tom “Hawaiʻi’s human beatbox” who shared how Kapiʻolani CC and scholarships helped him live his dream.
