Scholarship donors and recipients were honored at a very special, rainbow themed event at the Stan Sheriff Center. Scholarship recipient and single mother Raphaela Che inspired guests with her moving story of how scholarships and UH have helped her overcome challenges and embrace her full potential. The impact our donors are making is immense and Raphaela’s story was just one of the many powerful stories shared that night. Last year, thanks to donors making gifts of all sizes, UHF distributed nearly $7 million in student aid to support more than 3,000 UH Mānoa students. Mahalo!
