Each year, the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa awards approximately $500,000 in funding to students working on faculty-mentored creative work or research projects or presenting at conferences. Students have used funding to conduct field research abroad, purchase critical supplies, earn stipends and more. Watch the video to learn more about how UROP serves undergraduate students at UHM.
