JABSOM faculty, medical students and other special guests celebrated the Will J. Henderson Aloha Fund and the powerful legacy that Will Henderson is crafting, at an intimate gathering at JABSOM.
Guests enjoyed hearing from Former Hawai‘i Senator Francis Wong, Will Henderson and JABSOM Dean Hedges as they shared historical background on how the four-year medical school came to be, and the role the Hawai‘i State Legislature, Henderson and Wong played in this ambitious endeavor. Medical students warmly thanked Henderson for his generous gift that will support and encourage Hawai‘i’s future doctors for years to come.
