On Nov. 1, 2023, the UH Foundation launched a $1 billion comprehensive campaign – the largest fundraising effort in Hawai‘i history. For education, enrichment and enlightenment. For economic vitality and cultural preservation. For our children, our elders, our friends and our neighbors.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community of donors, as of April 2026, we have raised $900 million and the real-world impact of these gifts is already being felt across our campuses. Our campaign has tremendous momentum, and with your continued support, we look forward to crossing our $1 billion goal.
The campaign for Hawai‘i’s university is for us. For UH. For Hawai‘i. Mahalo for your support!

“I’ve been a lifetime supporter of my alma mater UH, and I’ve been a volunteer with UH fundraising campaigns before. This campaign is so critical for the future of our university and our state. As the world economy becomes more complex and the challenges we face loom larger, it’s becoming harder and harder to help young people succeed. I believe this campaign will help our next generation in a powerful way.”
