Through partnering with philanthropic investors, our university can sustain excellence and enhance the student experience, making our campuses learning destinations of choice.
Many of the donors who give major gifts to the University of Hawaiʻi do so to support a program, school, or area of study that they believe in. Without exception, their gift has a major impact on our students, faculty and campus community as a whole.

To encourage today's young people to "go for broke" and make the most of their lives, the 442nd Veterans Club of Honolulu established an endowed scholarship fund.
The Noguchi Medical Research Institute of Tokyo and its founder Mr. Yoshihisa created an endowed fund in global health and medicine at the John A. Burns School of Medicine to honor Dr. Junji B. Machi and Dr. Satoru Izutsu.
