Honolulu, Hawaiʻi (March 19, 2004) - The University of Hawaiʻi Foundation has received a $100,000 gift from the family foundation of UH alumni and local businessman Jay Shidler in direct support of the university's Academy for Creative Media (ACM).

UH Hilo Receives Largest Private Gift Ever Donated to UH System

(Hilo, Hawaiʻi) - Dr. Rose Y. Tseng, chancellor of the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, today announced that the UH Hilo has received a $2.4 million cash gift from Alec and Kay Keith of Hilo to establish an endowed scholarship fund for graduates of Hawaiʻi and Pacific Island high schools.
